Molly Gebhardt, RVT
Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
Molly was born and raised in Washington State and grew up enjoying the outdoors. Even though she didn’t have pets growing up she always loved animals and knew that eventually her career would involve them. She graduated from Oregon State University with a degree in Zoology and a minor in French in 2012. After working for the airlines and traveling for a couple years she followed her dream of moving to Colorado in 2015 and starting her career in veterinary medicine. She worked in general practice prior to her transition to rehabilitation in February 2024. She has always loved sports and outdoor activities, spending her free time playing soccer, hiking, mountain biking, and competing in olympic weightlifting. Through various injuries of her own she has learned how beneficial and important rehabilitation medicine is and decided to pursue this passion into canine rehabilitation. Outside of work she enjoys continuing to explore the outdoors with her boyfriend and their dog, Torvi, going to the gym, and going to breweries with friends.
Erin Lines, RVT, CCRP
Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)
Certification in Canine Rehabilitation (CCRP)
Erin began her career in veterinary medicine in 2013 and attended the Bel Rea Institute of Animal Technology in pursuit of becoming a certified veterinary technician. Graduating and becoming credentialed in 2015, she gained experience in general practice and emergency/critical care before starting her career in rehabilitation. She always thought that there was more that could be done to address her patients' pain and mobility during and after recovery. This led her to discovering the field of rehabilitation. Erin draws inspiration from a very special dog in her life named Blair- once unable to walk, then gifted mobility through rehabilitation.
More than anything she enjoys the outdoors and all of its critters and flora. Martial arts training/competing, fishing, gardening, and cooking are a few of her favorite things too.
Foodie, fitness junkie and polyglot in progress.
Delani Miller, KPA-CTP, CPDT-KA, CCDT
Inventory Manager
Certified Professional Dog Trainer - Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA)
CATCH Certified Dog Trainer (CCDT)
Karen Pryor Academy-Certified Training Partner (KPA-CTP)
Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach in progress with NCSU Vet
Delani joins Red Sage with an extensive background in the animal behavioral and training world, and looks forward to applying her knowledge and expertise to Red Sage patients. Delani was born and raised in Colorado and has spent her life surrounded by animals. Delani has completed continued education courses in competitive dog sports, cooperative care in veterinary medicine, advanced training concepts, as well as behavior modification for aggressive and fearful dogs. As a general dog nerd, she has also attended conferences and seminars to keep up on current science based training methods. Her animal training career started she was 18 working with bighorn sheep, bobcats, and mountain lion's through the Division of Parks and Wildlife.

Growing up Delani always thought that she would be a wildlife photographer, as it is her favorite thing to bring attention to the little less acknowledged things in the world. Because of this passion, Delani studied zoology at CSU to add more potential to that career prospect. However, in college during her first doggy daycare job, she fell in love with dog training, changing the trajectory of her career path. A little over a year into that job Delani started my first certification program. She continued to work in daycares for six years and trained dogs for a staggered overlap of six years as well. Shy fearful pups are her soul dogs, Delani loves helping them through difficult situations and helping to bring out their personalities.
Outside of work Delani is usually with her dogs, Mitchell and Madison, obsessing over my plants, hiking, kayaking, or just soaking up the sunshine when she can. She has recently learned how to crochet and has been loving her newest hobby.
