Jennae Miler

Jennae Miler

Administrative Director
Communications Liaison

Jennae grew up in Conifer, and relocated to Northern Colorado for college. She graduated with a degree in Natural Resource, Recreation & Tourism from CSU. She has been working in various veterinary adjacent positions for the last 10 years and has found her niche as the Communications Liaison at Red Sage. She and her husband have two young children, two dogs, and probably too many houseplants. In her limited free time, she enjoys reading, breweries, biking and crafting.

Jeanine Neskey

Sporting & Working Dog Client Liaison

Jeanine brings a lifelong love of dogs and deep respect for the working dog community to her role as Sporting & Working Dog Client Liaison at Red Sage Integrative Veterinary Practice. With a background in science communication and years of hands-on canine experience, she blends clarity, compassion, and practical insight to bridge the gap between veterinary expertise and real-world performance; supporting dogs not just through injury, but across a strong, sustainable working life.

Outside the clinic, Jeanine trains her own search-and-rescue dog, Ripp, and volunteers with Larimer County Search and Rescue, Diamond Peaks Ski Patrol, and the FEMA Colorado Task Force 1 as a canine search specialist. She finds deep meaning in the partnership, trust, and discipline that working dogs demand, and equal joy in the quiet trail days that simply celebrate being outdoors together. When she's not working or volunteering, she's in the mountains with her dogs. She brings that same grounded perspective to every client relationship she builds at Red Sage.

Jeanine especially connects with handlers and owners who see their dogs not just as athletes or workers, but as true partners, and she considers it a privilege to support both ends of the leash.

Emily Nordengren

Emily Nordengren

Communications Liaison

Emily was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio but has been living out west amongst the mountains since 2016. She studied English at The Ohio State University before realizing that she wanted to work with animals for the rest of her life. She has been working in the veterinary field since 2012 and hasn’t looked back. Emily and her dog, Mabel, just recently moved to the Fort Collins area from Jackson Hole, Wyoming and are thoroughly enjoying their new home. In her free time, Emily enjoys mountain biking, hiking, yoga, gardening and doing puzzles. She can’t wait for the world to open back up to see live music, go dancing and travel!
